When using particular services on the Website, you are subject to any rules applicable which may be amended from time to time. We reserve the rights to prevent and/or suspend your access to the Website where we reasonably consider that you breach any applicable law or regulation. Access to the Website may also be interrupted by maintenance or connection error, we are not liable for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. You must treat all identification code, password or any information as confidential and you must not disclose to any third party. Please inform us immediately if you believe that your password is used by third party. You are responsible for all activities occur under your account or password.

PRICES
The prices of any products on the Website will be update from time to time. Prices will be in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) excluding VAT/tax. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you immediately and give you the option of cancelling your order or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund (if you have already paid for the goods). We do not accept orders out of Hong Kong except Macau. Payments can be made via the Website by credit card, cheque or bank in. All orders will be processed once we receive payment with receipt.

DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any Public Holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or any Public Holidays will be processed the following business day
Standard Delivery orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days.
Orders are shipped to areas within Hong Kong only.
At the moment, we are unable to accept orders to be shipped to addresses outside Hong Kong.
We will try our most commercially reasonable effort to meet the estimated processing time as above but we cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met and we shall not be liable for any delay.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed and specified on the invoice, Pro-Forma terms are maintained and payment of the order must be cleared in advance of shipment.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
No order can be cancelled or returned after order placement or delivery of goods. We warrant to you that the goods purchased are at satisfactory quality in both materials and workmanship. In no case the goods shall be returned to us without obtaining a return authorisation notice. Ordered item(s) can be returned if both materials and workmanship is in bad quality, Times Publishing (HK) Ltd / Pansing Retail & Distribution HK reserves the rights for the final decision. We will not be responsible for goods or parts which have been improperly handles or shipped or which have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alternations, neglect, improper or inadequate maintenance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RELATED RIGHTS
You agree that the Website including contents, photos, text, names, titles, brands, drawings, models and any associated software are protected by intellectual property rights and owned by Times Publishing (HK) Ltd / Pansing Retail & Distribution HK. CLEARANCE LINES
Products sold in our clearance section are sold on an “as is” basis and not covered by the “Limited Warranty” section.
